Empowering Women and Girls
The mission of Soroptimist International of Hamilton, a volunteer service organization of business and professional women, is to empower, educate and encourage women and girls to improve their self confidence, health, and socio-economic standing, both locally and globally.
Our goals are to provide the following:

Women and girls deserve to lead full and productive lives through access to education

Women from varied backgrounds and perspectives work together to improve the lives of women and girls

In addition to providing these awards and scholarships, Soroptimist International of Hamilton is pleased to care for our Bitterroot community and honor our strong women of all backgrounds, orientations and identities, and intersections.
Our club provides support to the following programs: SAFE, Stop Human Trafficking, Adopt a Classroom, Christmas Families Bitterroot Literacy Child Care Resources, Linda Massa Youth Home, and our Senior Women Project.

Providing women and girls with access to education is the most effective way to help them reach their full potential and live their dreams. When women and girls are educated, they have opportunity, choice and power to make healthy decisions for themselves and their families.
